It's an outrage! Congress allows some loophole whereby allowing testing of pesticides on mentally handicapped children, orphans and children who are victims of abuse and neglect! Stop this horrendous misdeed from happening and protect these little children from these bully's that would pick on defenseless children for there heartless human guinea pig tests. We have a god given right to eat and enjoy the things growing on our earth. Some organizations would like to take that right away. It's called "Codex Alimentaris".
